The following terms and conditions apply to all sales conducted through Akiyaz. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. We have structured these policies to be as fair and clear as possible.

To provide a secure and efficient checkout experience, we support several trusted payment methods. Each option is processed through secure channels, such as Stripe, to protect your financial information.

• Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

• Domestic Bank Transfer (振込): This option is available for customers with a bank account in Japan.

• Cancellations Before Shipping: You can easily cancel any order for a full refund by using the “Cancel” button in your order history before it has been shipped.

• Returns After Shipping: For items that have already been shipped, we only accept returns or exchanges for unopened products. You must contact us within ten (10) days of receiving the item to initiate this process. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Opened Items: For health and safety reasons, once a product’s packaging has been opened, it is not eligible for a return or exchange.
