Shipping & Returns Policy

Delivery Times

When you can expect your order.

Here is when you can expect to receive your order:

  • Physical Goods: We typically process and ship orders from our location within 3 to 5 business days. Therefore, you can generally expect your items to arrive within 14 days.

  • Digital Services: You can access all digital content and services immediately after we confirm your successful payment.

Exchanges & Returns

Our policy on customer-initiated returns.
  • Before Shipping: You can cancel any order for a full refund using the “Cancel” button in your order history before it has been shipped.
  • After Shipping: For shipped items, we only accept returns or exchanges for unopened products. You must contact us within ten (10) days of receiving the item.
  • Opened Items: Once a product’s packaging has been opened, it is not eligible for a return or exchange.

Additional Fees

In addition to the listed price, the following fees may apply:

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: A uniform fee of ¥1,000 is applied per box for physical goods shipped within Japan.
  • Convenience Store Payment Fee: A service fee of ¥100 is charged for payments made through Japanese convenience stores.
  • International Bank Transfer Fees: The customer is responsible for any fees charged by their financial institution for international remittances.
