Phase 00: Exploratory Meeting
This may be obvious and it goes without saying, but in order to get us off on the right foot, we need to meet and get acquainted with each other, either in person or virtally.
Because of our boutique nature as well as the smattering of misinformation out there regarding akiya, we charge a one-time fee to make sure that you are just as serious as we are.
Meeting Fees:
45 minute call or in-person: ¥10,000 + 10% sales tax
Phase 01: Research
The adventure begins when you share your vision through our akiya preferences form. With your detailed input and after securing your investment in this journey, our expert team, armed with deep knowledge and unwavering dedication, launches a precision-guided search for properties that fulfill your dreams.
Research Fees:
1 report: ¥500,000 • 5 reports: ¥710,000 • 20 reports: ¥1,520,000 + 10% sales tax
Phase 02: Due Dilligence
The essence of our service lies in thorough exploration and diligent evaluation. Our seasoned scouts conduct Meticulous Property Reconnaissance on each potential purchase, evaluating its promise and uncovering its secrets. They also act as a Strategic Liaison with Local Authorities to gather intel from municipalities to map out the legal and regulatory landscape
Due Diligence Fees:
¥500,000 + travel expenses + 10% sales tax per day
Phase 03: Brokerage
Transitioning from the hunt to acquisition, we provide expert negotiation tactics and seamless transactional support. We secure favorable terms through skilled negotiation, championing your interests. Additionally, we simplify ownership by guiding you through the complexities of paperwork and legalities, making the path to ownership straightforward and transparent.
